I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 5545 with an AMD APU A10-7300. I noticed using CPU-Z and Windows Task Manager that on High Performance Power Configuration CPU clock goes to 2.7GHz (stable) on idle and when I run a Stress CPU software (such as Prime95, Intel Burn Test, etc.) it goes down to 1.9GHz when it is suppoused to go up to 3.2GHz (Turbo clock).

*AMD APU A10-7300 @ 1.9GHz (3.2GHz Turbo mode)
*AMD Radeon R6
*Kingston 8Gb DDR3 1600MHz
Windows 8.1 Pro x64
High Performance power configurationBattery 100% + AC connected
I have a similar laptop, same exact processor, and mine is refusing to turbo as well making light/medium gaming impossible when it should be possible. At this rate I should of kept my old 2.4GHZ quad core i5 laptop with intel HD.
