states SSE2, EM64T (indicates the processor has support for PAE) and either VT-d or VT-x are required for Windows 10.
CPUID's CPU-Z (v1.72.1.x64) shows only MMX (+), 3DNow! (+), SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4A, x86-64, AMD-V,
which means EM64T and VT-d or VT-x are missing making the processor ineligible for upgrade.
I'm wondering if this the straight skinny, anyone know... .. ?
