I just bought a desktop yesterday. Its CPU is an AMD E1-6010 with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics 1.35 GHz.
My question is:
Can I add another video card to it? I have an AMD Radeon HD series video card.
You bought a desktop with that APU in it? How I mean thats a laptop APU. Although I wouldn't put it past manufactuers to do that.
If you did really buy that. Please just take it back if your intentions are for gaming. No seriously take it back you just wasted your money.
otherwise we need to know what desktop it is before we can give you an answer. An exact model number so we can look up relevant information on it.
It's a Compaq 100-440nf.
Well, I wanted to play CS:GO like I played before. With the previous video card I played at 30-40 fps. With this one 10 fps.
Can I replace the video card?
My video card is a XFX AMD Radeon HD 5450.

That pc is so far below the minimum requirements for cs go it's not even worth wasting the money on. Nothing you do will make that pc capable of playing cs go. Take it back and get your money back.
As far as replacement of a video card no you can't not without upgrading the power supply. Even then that won't fix it. The cpu in that thing is garbage all its ment for is word and Web browsing
Agreed with Vantharas. Even if you did add a discrete card to that computer, the 1.35ghz CPU clock is far to slow to make use of it.
Ok guys. Thanks for clearing my mind.
