What Operating System are you using?
Do you have your gpu, or any other part of your system overclocked?
Are you using any third party software or overclocking tools like MSI Afterburner or Sapphire Trixxx?
When does the driver error occur? Is it whilst browsing or watching videos online? Does it happen whilst gaming and the GPU is under intensive load?
In addition to answering the above, please try to uninstall Catalyst 15.4 Beta using this guide. Then please download and install our latest driver, Catalyst 15.5 Beta, available from www.amd.com/beta.

I have Two HDDs and one SSD(boot drive)
Motherboard is a Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
and a AMD FX-8120 CPU (8X 3.10/MB L3 Cache)
and a 1200 Watt Power supply.
I do not over clock.
