What Operating System are you using?
Please ensure you're using our latest 15.5 Mobility Catalyst Driver, available from http://support.amd.com/en-us/download.
To resolve this particular issue, i would recommend going into the Windows Control Panel > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Select Never as in the screenshot below. This will stop the monitor turning off and resolve your issue. We continue to work on fixing this bug!
The above screenshot applies to Windows 8.1, but Windows 7 should be similar.
