From the main download section, http://support.amd.com/en-us/download Also from the main http://support.amd.com/en-us/ it points to there as well. Also from the heading Support & Drivers on the main support page, the forum link points to the old old forums at forums.amd.com
I reported the same thing...replying to your post. Then I tried the link again..on the driver download page...and it sent me to the new forum (so I deleted the post). I tried it again just now...and it's back to linking with the old forum. It was fixed for awhile.
