disabling spread spectrum for PCie

I am trying to have 2 pcs talk over PCIe but to do that I need to disable spread spectrum. I am currently running a AMD 785G chipset on one side and an Arm processor on the other... where in the register set can I disable spread sprectrum?  My bios does not provide this support natively so I will need to write some startup driver that will initialize this.

Thanks,
Pat

the 785g = rs880 maybe a dev can confirm this

if so maybe this could help http://support.amd.com/TechDocs/46142.pdf#search=rs880

also if you go to amd.com and use the search there , it will search on all amd that way is easy to find technical documents and so on.

i hope it helps
