DASHConfig Error - Test for WMI Provider Failed

I've bought a couple of DASH capable laptops to try out on my SCCM server. I have the new AMPs plugin installed but I'm having trouble getting my clients configured.

I keep getting a "Test for  WMI provider failed." code. I checked the requirements and I have .NET 2.0, the Realtek Dash client, and my user account has local and domain administrative rights. I have no firewalls up.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going wrong here?

System details

The domain of my test is test.local.

Here's the config file I'm running.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
