When I try to debug my app with CodeXL (under Windows 8.1), it stops at a "second chance exception" before I even get to the splash screen. The properties view says it is PRIV_INSTRUCTION. I don't see any way to continue or ignore the exception.
If I debug the same app using Visual C++ 2010, with an exception break set on privileged instruction exceptions, then there is no break and it starts up fine.
Any idea what's going on?
