Is there a manual that explains all capabilities of W9000 card like Genlock capabilities, H264 support, OpenCL support ?

you can find a high level overview of the capabilities in the W9000 data sheet: http://www.amd.com/us/Documents/2791_W9000_DataSheet_R3.pdf
The W9000 supports Genlocking together with a FirePro S400 Sync board.
The W9000 supports H264 encoding and decdoing on the GPU by using the dedicated VCE and UVD engine.
OpenCL 1.2 is supported by the W9000.
