Hi ! 
I bought a new pc since fews weeks and i choose hardware. I've done all news drivers that i can do ( BIOS too )
The fact is, my cg was in "AMD_Catalyst_12.11_Beta7_dotNET4" and a new drivers invited me when i was in the catalyst center for upgrade the version 12.1 ---> 13.1. So i download etc ... but after the installation, the version doesn't change and news drivers invited me again.
So i uninstall drivers with "AMD Catalyst Install manager" but drivers was already here so i lanch an installation and i choose "uninstall etc.". http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2013/03/1358625277-uninstall.png
After that i use Driver cleaner.
I launch "13-1_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql" ( with admin mode too ) but he purpose me only 3 thing WITHOUT DRIVERS ='( !!!

I don't want to upset you, but it seems to me that you'll have to do a pair of these:
1) Re-install your Windows. If it won't help, then do step 2.
2) Re-install the old version of BIOS for your graphic card. After this, you'll perhaps need to re-install Windows once again .
