I am using gcc4.7.2 for win 32 bit which is found here http://www.equation.com/servlet/equation.cmd?fa=fortran
Here is the command I use to compile. It works for me.
makeSDKUlib.zip includes command to make libSDKUtil.a

can you compile and run a simple opencl program that is is independent from SDK by using gcc?
