Upgraded Windows 7 to Windows 8 Pro and now Catalyst will not open. 

It is a Dell XPS Studio running i7. The graphics card is a Radeon HD 5770.

Everything was running fine till the upgrade. I  have removed drivers and reinstalled different version, bit nothing helps.  Closed all but MS services and it still will not open.

Any ideas?

Perhaps you'd need to install .NET v4.0/4.5 in order to use Catalyst Control Center under Windows 8. Have you already installed it?
