I've been getting occasional shader compile errors on a machine with an ATI FireGL V7700 card (driver date 2/24/2012). When glShaderiv( *, GL_COMPILE_STATUS, * ) reports that the compile has failed, I call glGetShaderInfoLog, and the message I get is:
Vertex shader failed to compile with the following errors:
That's the entire message. Not too helpful. The vertex shader is not especially complex, and usually compiles successfully. Any idea what could cause that?
