And to Add to Mike's question, the XP 32bit download page says the OpenCL runtime is included:

I'll forward your question to the Catalyst QA team, but you might also try the following resources to get a faster answer:
- Try posting Catalyst questions in the Catalyst forum here: http://forums.amd.com/game/categories.cfm?catid=428&entercat=y
- If you've found a Catalyst bug, you can file a report here: http://www.amdsurveys.com/se.ashx?s=5A1E27D20B2F3EAC (note: this form is down -- I'll figure out the right url & update ASAP)

Its OpenCL related in particular therefore i asked here.
That makes sense. Just trying to get an answer to your question quickly.
This is Sirish working as Sect. Manager for Graphics SW Product Validation - including Stream computing.
OCL XP support was completely dropped from Cat-12.4 (8.961) onwards, also removed XP support from SDK package in 2.7.
Our recent Product Validation (PV) 8.98 xp build (used for Catalyst 12.6) also does not have the OCL runtime MSI.
The webpages weren't updated and we have requested marketing and sharepoint team contacts for corrective action items to be taken care of.
Thank you very much for your reply Sirish.
