Discrepancy in compile errors between Intel and AMD OpenCL

AMD's OpenCL compiler doesn't throw a fit when you pass an int and unsigned int to an intrinic function. However, Nvidia and Intel both do. Section 6.11.2 of the spec states

"For any specific use of a function, the actual type has to be the same for all arguments and the return type, unless otherwise specified."
