    Installing CodeAnalyst 3.0 from source: errors

    JackBurton

      Hi, I'm trying to compile the sources of this version, but I'm getting the error:

      ...

      Making all in libcalog

      ...

      g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I..  -W -Wall -fno-common -ftemplate-depth-50 -DENABLE_CA_CSS -fPIC  -O2 -MT calog.o -MD -MP -MF .deps/calog.Tpo -c -o calog.o calog.cpp
      mv -f .deps/calog.Tpo .deps/calog.Po
      rm -f libcalog.a
      ar cru libcalog.a calog.o
      ranlib libcalog.a

      make[4]: *** No rule to make target `calog_report.c', needed by `calog_report.o'.  Stop.
      make[4]: Leaving directory `<...>/CodeAnalyst/CodeAnalyst-3_0_14_0196-Public/src/oprofile-0.9.6cvs/libcalog'
      make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

      ...

      I didn't see anything unusual in the configuration step and I can't figure what is this error.

      My OS is Slackware 13.37 x64 and I think I have all needed libraries plus 32bit compatibility libs.

      Can anyone give me some light here?

      Cheers!
