Offline compilation for Macs

In order to protect our intellectual property, we precompile OpenCL sources for different AMD/ATI GPUs supported and distribute them with our applications as binaries. This works for Linux and for Windows, but what about Macs? APP SDK is not accessible for download for OSX, while as far as I know CL_CONTEXT_OFFLINE_DEVICES_AMD approach will not work on standard OpenCL implementation that comes with the default OSX installation.

Any suggestions?
