10.5&10.6 OpenGL Driver bug?

what is the best method to get in touch with you, if he hit something that seems like a driver bug?

With the 10.5 and 10.6 driver we have rendering bugs in OpenGL in regards to texturing and lightning when using display lists. We now use as workaround a second set of texture coordinates.

Apprenently we are not the only ones, users from OpensceneGraph have the same issues:

Can you confirm that this is a bug? Is a fix in the pipe?
What are the best-practices to get in touch with you for such cases?
