In demo "March of Froblins" was used DX10 tessellation lib. But I found only DX9 version. Is there any Dx10 public tessellation SDKs?
Download the latest DirectX SDK* and install it. You will find a DX10 based implementation of Tesselation using the Compute-Shader 4.0 capabilities. Using DX11 should be easier but it's available only on DX11-Cards, of course.
