Hello,
I am new in ATI programming. I do need to find a way to add superimposed / overlaid text to a video image in Teather mode.
can anybody put me on the right way to get this? what SDK is required to develop this for ATI cards?
Can this be done with any ATI SDK or with DirectX, etc?
Any help is appreciated.
