Hello, I'm interested in next generation multi-gpu solutions, I'm with a specific configuration in mind, 4x HD5870 X2 (or will be other mult-gpu card?).
With the older 4870 X2 I heard of some who tried without sucess this config, will it work on future products? Does I need a specific chipset/motherboard? Does AMD support or have tested it?
Just to note, my definition for "work" here is to be able to use all 8 GPUs for ATI Stream, I don't care about gaming but would appreciate if it work on DX11 compute shaders.
