HDMI audio on gigabyte MA78GM-US2h motherboard
I am running the catalyst 9.3 driver and trying to get HDMI audio
over the MA78GM-US2H. I am getting none.
I am running linux, alsa 1.0.19 and catalyst 9.3
I had a similiar motherboard MA78GM-S2HP with
all the same compentents radeon 3200 ALC889 chip etc..
and HDMI audio for it works just fine.
How can I get HDMI audio on the US2H motherboard???
I have done all the setup items. asound.conf points to the
HDMI device. audio works out the back panel but on on HDMI.
aplay -l shows HDMI as 1,3 and thats what I have in asound.conf.
HELP!
