Detecting/overriding anisotropic filtering setting in CCC

Hi,

My (D3D10-)application produces undesired results when anistropic filtering is active, so my samplers are configured for linear texture filtering and MaxAnisotropy is set to 1.

However, enabling AF in the Catalyst Control Center overrides my settings and makes my application behave strangely.

Is there any way to ignore the CCC setting?

If not, is there at least a way to detect enforced AF so my app can report the problem to the user and ask him to disable AF?

Thanks in advance,

Cric
