Adding Second UV set to view model in RenderMonkey

What tools do the rest of you use to add a second set of UVs to a model to display in render monkey. I'm binding the TEXCOORD index 1 channel in the stream, but I keep getting an error that that set UV set is unavailable.

What format are you using and how did you generate the second set? I have a LWO model that I want to use in RenderMonkey, but by the time it exports there, the uv set #2 is gone.
