How do I examine events in Windows system executables?

      Cannot find ntoskrnl.exe or nvoglnt.dll

After running a session, the System Data shows most of the samples in nvoglnt.dll.  But when I drill down, it says it cannot find C:\WINDOWS\System32\nvoglnt.dll.  However, this file does exist.  It is part of an OpenGL package that I installed.
      Similar message for ntoskrnl.exe.
Other system files, such as ntdll.dll and opengl32.dll, can be examined OK.
Please help.  CodeAnalyst is useless with out being able to examine most of the events.
I am running under Windows XP x64.
