I have wanted to create video games since I was very little. I started programming my freshmen year in high school. I grew up in a tiny town of 200-ish people called Shelter Valley in the desert of California. I attended CSU Chico for a Comp Sci / Graphics and Animation Bachelors. I landed a graphic design job at Engelbrecht Advertising were I eventually got to create full CG commercials start to finish. I worked there for 5-6 years. That lead to my career in the film industry and visual effects. I have been working for Luma Pictures for the last 6-7 years. I tried on a HTC VIVE, checked out UE4 and decided it was time. I spent the last 4 months studying UE4 after I get off work and on weekends. I am now to the point where I am able to start creating indi VR game titles. Time to live the dream. Thats the skinny of it.
