Hi,

I recently got an Radeon RX 6900 XT GAMING X TRIO 16G, I want to use it for gaming and productivity.

Every time I try to load AMD ProRender I get this error message:
"Radeon ProRender has encountered a critical error.
Unknow error"

I have tried a fesh install of windows, all types of drivers from amd but nothing has worked so far. I feel like I am missling something simple.

Running
Windows 11
Ryzen 5600x
32 Gb RAM
Radeon RX 6900 XT GAMING X TRIO 16G
850W power supply

With the PRO Edition 22.Q3 drivers.


Has somebody been in the same situation and how would you try to fix it?

Hello,

can you provide the scene you are having this issue on, i will send this to the developers, also please make sure that you have the latest version of Solidworks . i suspect you have a old version of our plugin.
