Supermicro H12DST-B with dual EPYC 7702 downclocks to 400 Mhz

We are seeing an issue where the EPUC 7702 downclocks to 400 Mhz and stay stuck at that clockspeed until a BMC reboot.  Is that a processor thermal trip protection?  Centos 8 does not report any processor thermal events.

Any idea what could be happening?

Please contact Supermicro for a BIOS and BMC update.  It sounds like the processors are being thermally throttled for some reason.
