Dual EPYC server won't boot with SMT BIOS Setting "AUTO"

Hello: With SMT set to "AUTO" in the BIOS, My dual EPYC server won't boot past the Supermicro screen. With SMT set to "disabled" the server seems to be booting/working correctly. 

 

BIOS Version/Date 2.1, 2/21/2020

SMBIOS: 3.2
