AMD uProf not started

My system is AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING, 32Gb DDR4 3200MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX 
I install AMDuProf version AMDuProf-3.3.490.exe from official site, but after installation i cant run application

We would like to know the below details.

  • Which Windows OS version it is? 
  • What error you see after installation? Will it be possible to attach the screenshot?
  • Any older uProf version installed on that system?
