Greetings, We are R&D company, we are looking to design Gaming Machine using AMD Ryzen 5 4700U. I didnt found any datasheet which refer the pin configuration of this APU, I would like to understand or looking for guidance, how and where should I start with. Please support, or share the hardware datasheet of of this apu. Just like the other controller, like STM32, PIC all these have.

To my knowledge we don't provide design docs openly. My suggestion is that you contact one of our distributors (Arrow, Avnet, etc). They can provide the support you may need and access to documentation perhaps after an NDA is signed.
