Hey all, I'm trying to do some experiments on an AMD EPYC platform. I'd like to be able to do software control of the Turbo Boost frequencies and clock gating. Is there some API that exposes this functionality or some MSRs that control them? I'm on Ubuntu 18.04, Linux 4.15.
