Wireless microsoft mouse pointer not smooth in windows 10

Hello. I a bit new in computers. I have bought a new C40-05 All-in-One Lenovo with a

Graphics Chipset AMD Radeon(TM) R4 Graphics. I have the latest driver buyt the mouse is not smooth. it make small jumps.

Is this a windows problem or a graphics problem?
