I am reasonably satisfied with Ryzen Master and if you look at my Discussion Thread https://community.amd.com/thread/249957 you will find that I put Ryzen Master to good use.

The only real gripe I have with Ryzen Master is that on reboot I cannot automatically load the last used profile and an option to allow me to do this would be very much appreciated.

I don't know if anyone from AMD bothers to read the forum, but if they do, then I would ask them to take my suggestion under consideration.

i think there is a github program where you simply run a batch - that you can schedule to every boot

It doesn't work with regard to what Ryzen Master regulated.

One instance would be that I don't set a voltage for the CPU, I set a voltage MAXIMUM.

The fact of the matter is that the 3rd Gen Ryzen is just not adequately configurable without Ryzen Master.

with RyzenMaster you can either leave voltage on auto or use a fixed voltage
yet i am not sure if you can leave it on auto and still change PBO settings (havent tried it yet)

With Ryzen Master you can limit the "Peak Core(s) Voltage", so when I enter "1.3 Volt" then that is the maximum voltage the CPU can draw.

On idle it will draw a lot less.

I don't know which version of Ryzen Master you have used in the past, but what you are saying is categorically FALSE.

PBO is a load of dingoes kidneys. It doesn't do much of anything except punt in more voltage and more current and generate more heat for naff-all in the way of results.

i use RyzenMaster 2.1.1.1472 on my GA-AX370-Gaming-5 (tested with Ryzen 5 2600X & Ryzen 7 2700X)
if i set a voltage it is FIXED
and its same with my GA-AB350-Gaming-WiFi (tested with Ryzen 5 2400G)
and its ALSO the same with my B350-Bazooka (tested with Ryzen 5 1400)

so either 4 different CPUs on 3 different MoBos i have tested myself are wrong or YOUR statement is false...

what MoBo do you have?
do you also set a fixed clockspeed? - maybe if not changing clocks and dialing in a voltage it can be different - but i dont see any advantage of that - its easier with an offset in bios...
