Excuse me, how to change the shortcut key of Ctrl + Shift + O for performance monitoring, which conflicts with the software I use. Thank you

In Radeon Settings -> Gaming -> Global Settings -> Performance Monitoring tab, click on the Hotkey section and change it then (this works for all hot keys).
