it is VERY hard to upgrade a CPU on a Laptop - because its soldered onto the Laptops Motherboard!
so best would be if you simply buy a new laptop.

Acer Nitro 5 or Asus TUF Gaming FX505DY with Ryzen 5 3500U or better would be a good upgrade and wont break your bank.
either go with the GTX 1050ti or RX560X - enough for 768p ~80-100fps or 1080p 50-60fps in most games
