check your temps when playing these games - also do you have 2 dimms of ram in your notebook or only 1?

sounds like a thermal throttle
or maybe you play via WLAN? try to connect LAN cable

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

my laptop has no lan input and its temperature does not
exceed 85 degrees and it has 2gb of vram and 12gb of ram.
it has 2 dimms, one is 8gb ram and the other is 4gb ram

mh - 85°C can lead to throttling on some Laptops - try to lower TDP with AdjRyzen (on github) and test if error persists

also mixed ram config is not optimal - better have same stick 2x - same timings same speed same size

the truth that exaggerating reaches 85 degrees, mostly remains at 71 to 75, but I
am realizing that when I plug in the power cable my dota 2 is better regulated, instead of
going down to 10 or 15, it drops up to 30 or 35, and if the cable is disconnected, lap
is going down to 10 or 15 fps

christiang‌ yeah i also think its thermal throttle - btw PLEASE speak english - so it helps everybody
marcos1122‌ dont use your laptop on a blanket etc; maybe buy an extra laptop cooler (match those cooler fans with the bottom air intakes of your laptop); use RyzenAdj to lower TDP (to like 15W) and test if its now more stable - this will indicate a thermal issue; change thermal grease on your laptop (watch a youtube tutorial for that)

My laptop is 4 months old, and I did not give it much use until now, so I think the
thermal paste is fine and what is that about the TPD? Can you explain it to me?

mh, please post what exact model you have.
usually if you have a APU only model it should work fine on battery - only "gaming" notebooks require being plugged in. (like my Acer Nitro 5)

thermal paste is not allways fine on new laptops - better buy Thermalgrizzly Kryonaut; clean your old thermal paste and reapply the Kryonaut. (this will usually improve Temps by 3-8°C)

also try these - install AMDs Chipset Drivers and force AMD Ryzen Balanced Powerplan!
also set Performance to "Best Performance" instead of "save battery" etc

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS

then after quarantine I will apply new thermal paste and try to install the programs
it tells me, also I always have maximum performance active my model is: asus vivobook X512DA-BR739T

yeah, Ryzen Balanced Powerplan improves performance and lowers thermaloutput on Ryzen Mobile - so please install chipset drivers
