my new update graphics lagging on a6-5200 radeon HD

hi, pls i need help. i updated my amd a6-5200 with radeon HD and now i have this lags. i cant really use the pc.

lags WHERE?
updated WHAT?

also have in mind - this is not a strong APU = modern Win10 wont be that snappy, especially when you dont use an SSD

Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS
