[Help needed] Arma 3 - struggling to get good FPS with a decent setup

i struggle to get over 15 FPS ARMA 3 with my setup and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for good FPS

Setup:

CPU: AMD FX 8370E @ 3.30GHz

GPU AMD Sapphire R9 290 Tri-X OC

Motherboard: Gigabyte 990fxa-ud5

RAM: Kingston 16GB

PSU: 750W

i have tried various settings and it is also installed onto my FPS

i run it on a 1080P monitor too

What driver version do you have installed ?

What operating system are you using ?

Have you tried the latest Crimson 16.1.1 Hotfix driver ?
