using recording Software like OBS or ReLive?

how much frames you normally get? did you have latest driver installed? did u had Win10 Creators-update installed?

Yes it was with windows 7 I formatted thinking that it would solve the problem and it did not work out anything I went through windows 10 and I continue the same thing and this drop of fps is happening in cs go

juliocesarbr​ the question was in regards to your hardware specs (CPU/RAM) and if you were using any specific streaming software. Also what kind of performance were you previously getting. To help people help you, please provide at least the basic details because most of us have zero knowledge on your system without you providing it first.
