I have dual XFX GTR 8gb Black Edition RX480s.  Here are a few tips for you:

1.) Change your pc power settings from Balanced to Performance.

2.) Make sure crossfire is enabled in Radeon settings.

3.) Bump up power potential via Wattman.  I run mine +50

4.) Bump your fan curve a little bit for gpu.

5.) If you have any Nvidia drivers on your system anywhere, such as Geforce Experience,  I reccommend doing a clean install of windows because it's been shown that their drivers will negatively impact RX series performance.  Geforce Experience puts files in EVERYTHING on your pc, every program, every game.

6.) Make sure all your Radeon drivers are up to date.

Hope this helps!

You might start with providing actual information such as all PC specs and what issues your are having.  It's very difficult to troubleshoot when strictly using telepathy!

If we don't know the setup nor what you have currently done it's impossible to provide a helpful answer.  See what i mean?

Are you considering overclocking? If not, you may want to consider it to squeeze all the performance you can! How about setting a custom fan curve on the cards?  The top card often runs a bit hotter due to the extra heat from the bottom card heating it up. How are temperatures in the system as a whole? If you think it could run a bit cooler, that will help prevent any thermal throttling during those epic gaming sessions!  Make sure that any games your are playing have a multi GPU profile and that you enable it if need be.  Use the latest drivers which probably goes without saying.  Other than that, enjoy your awesome build!

I can overclock, have achieved 4.7GHz, I have a side fan so the GPUs are quite cool. No thermal issues what so ever. I have done everything you said, just thinking if there was anything I was missing. Thanks my friend.

Not just the CPU, overclock the GPUs as well.
