Is is possible to buy anything from AMD Direct Buy if you're from Slovenia?

I tried buying the 6800/XT multiple times and when in checkout, the only country available is USA translated in german, using Paypal checkout i only once got a shipping price of 13€, the other times when i was lucky enough to catch some stock, there was no shipping.
Also for the 3950X that is currently on that site, there's also no shipping price.
Is AMD direct buy broken or just not available in all EU countries?
