white ghost

This was for enthusiast PC build, and the main use for tutorials photoshop, corel, premiere. The most complex or difficult issue was to choose the RAM for Dual advantage: Single Rank modules ('cause we had to research so much info about it) and about the RAM price it was strange.

Re: white ghost

Looks great. I like the Ghost inside the case.

I agree with your comments about Ram Selection.
I had a difficult time selecting RAM for my 2700X build.
I still have an open support case about it with Asus and Corsair.
Trying to get Asus to work on BIOS settings for Corsair RAM so other users don't hit similar problems.
Did you run MemTest86 / RamTest and what were the results?

Thanks.

Re: white ghost

I have not used the MemTest. i just used the overclock XMP profile to get the 2999 MHz, and the 2400G gets lower rating in Cinebench when I overclock it, but I don't need more boost from CPU really.

Do you mean your BIOS does not recognise RAM?

Re: white ghost

Hi,

I had a number of problems with the Ram I received from Corsair. Two sets of RAM in a row had some sticks that  would not pass MemTest86 with default SPD profile.
Third set all passed at SPD profile but when I ran them at XMP profile they failed MemTest86 at XMP Profile settings of 3200 etc.
I had to change BIOS settings to get it to pass MemTest86.
Passing MemTest86 is important to make sure you dont get corrupted data / os.

This describes the problem: Bye.
