I'm running a Ryzen 3100 and viper steel 4000mhz (2x8gb) ram x2 on a b450 tomahawk, both pairs or ram work at 4000mhz when used as a single pairs but not when population all 4 slots, they will run at standard 2133 and revert to back to this when I attempt xmp2. I have tried a few different attempts at trying to this manually and played around with timings but to no avail, is there and factor that could prevent xmp2 running with all ram slots populated?
