will the asus B450-F-gaming motherboard be compatible with 3600 and is so how?

im currently building a pc and have everything but the cpu is this mobo compatible or should i get 2nd gen?

should be compatible with a bios-update
maybe you will need a 2000er or 1000er cpu to do the biosupdate
