So I just built my first gaming system and I have a Ryzen 1700x overclocked to 3.95ghz. Using NZXT CAM overlay to monitor my resource usage in game, it shows my CPU running at a constant speed of 1975mhz. I can't seem to find an answer through Google so I assume I messed up something simple. Any help would be appreciated
