When I am idle my temps are around 30-33, before they were 60 degrees C. I bought a Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 with the mindset of it changing my cpu temps and allowing my cpu to boost further, it did but I am still not getting the boost speed that it says you should get on the ryzen 5 3600 (I know this from ryzen master). Is this normal, I have not done any overclocking (to scared) so I am wondering why my voltages are inconsistent. For my motherboard I am using Gigabyte Aorus Pro Wifi, do not know if this changes anything.
