The Phenom II series do not need a driver.
Its mostly the Mainboard Bios that controlls it, so all you can do is make sure your Mainboard is suitable for the Processor and make sure it has the latest Bios.
support and drivers are included with windows 10 so no additional software is needed
support also extends to the AM2 and AM3 chipsets
