bo55 the flare-x 3200mhz stick@3600 i didnt even try running under 1.42 i saw a performance drop so i know i was close i bumped up a bit and stable. 10% over volt safe on high end sticks. though i never recommend but ive ran gskills way higher than 10% for years no issues. 1.42 isnt bad these sticks are awsome.
the f4-4000c18 gzbr ... the rgb's in previous post was friends and rare case good silicon luck and they ran stock volts.

Yeah i have the 2x8gb 3733 Trident Z kit and to even get 3466 running i need 1.425v and its not stable at all, imo thats way too many volts for that frequency, however 3333 c14 is solid at 1.38v. Yeah your friend is one of the very few who can get 4ghz on memory running. Im still hoping amd hasnt dropped the ball on ryzen just yet, i feel as though more optimisations/improvements on performance can be made.
i got the trident z rgb 4000 kit got 3600 but not stable. 3200 solid but not worth it. i may try 1.55 volts see if it flys or not. you can go .200 over on g.skills but ive seen just for testing .300 to see where it will go.. dont keep it that high lol. .150 safe zone. those trident z wont even let a l3 cache test on cpu pass. so there no good.. intel cant even get the same rgb's to run as intended.. seems odd.
on the other hand for 100$ less the flare-x 3200 kit will run 3600mhz solid as a rock 400mhz over stock. per g.skill timings 16 16 16 18 38 for 3466mhz and just plug in 3600mhz a small boost on volt and better latency than stock and speed ofcourse.. with no base overclock... friggin sweet... wish they made those in higher frequency dang...
